Individualised, expert support to meet each learner’s unique needs and promote communication, learning, and participation.
Expert, individualised support for learners with specific needs, including EHCPs, EOTAS packages, or other identified specialist provision, to strengthen communication, learning, participation and confidence in everyday life. Support can include observation, assessment, therapy, teaching, and consultation, delivered collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This approach ensures strategies are practical, transferable, and responsive to each learner’s strengths and goals, helping them thrive across different educational settings and make meaningful progress in their day-to-day experiences.
Strategic Support
Planned, whole-setting support to strengthen provision, build capacity, and improve outcomes for learners and staff.
Planned, whole-setting support that includes direct work with pupils as well as staff, designed to strengthen universal and targeted provision, build capacity, and promote consistent, high-quality approaches across schools, local authorities and alternative education providers. Support can include school-wide observation, staff training, consultation, and advice, delivered flexibly to meet organisational priorities. This approach fosters collaborative working across education teams, improves inclusion and access for all learners, strengthens professional practice, and supports positive outcomes across the whole educational setting.
